FCP Live-In - Scheduling Coordinator

FCP Live-In is a New England-based company specializing in assisted living care in the Home.


We are FCP Live-In, a large and fast growing Live-in Elder Care Agency specializing in Post-Acute Care and Transitional Care to Reduce Hospital Readmissions.

We are offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Homecare Coordinator / Scheduler. We are rapidly expanding.

You will be responsible for Scheduling and Coordinating Multi-State Caregivers and Customer Service calls addressing employment and business issues. This is a High Volume, fast paced environment.

This position reports directly to our Operations Director.


MUST have Scheduler / Coordinator experience. This is a high profile growth oriented position with a respected healthcare company. We offer Great base salary, Company paid benefits, Paid time off and more.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Health Care, Home Care, Assisted Living or Hospital experience is a plus.
  • Experience in High Volume environment a must.
  • Selfstarter who can meet deadlines and complete projects.
  • Must be highly motivated.
  • Perform daily activity required by FCP in order maintain compliance requirements.
  • Timely completion and submission of required reporting paperwork and projects as determined by management.
Position based in our Stratford, CT office.

Experienced Mac user a must.

Experience with Excel, Adobe and Word is a plus.


At FCP Live-In, we are leading the way on Post and Pre Acute services designed to reduce hospital readmissions and improve transitional care.

Assisted Living Care in the Home.


Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
