We have an outstanding opportunity at Allegro MedSpa for a dynamic leader to join a world-class team in the North Bay area serving clients from Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties in the role of the MedSpa Clinic Manager.


The MedSpa Clinic Manager is responsible for the management, supervision, and direction of the practice's day-to-day operations and employees in accordance with Practice policies and procedures to ensure the prompt, efficient, and effective delivery of customer service to practice patients and clients.

The MedSpa Clinic Manager will exercise substantive discretion and independent judgment necessary to the task.

As to those duties or responsibilities where interactions with the Medical Directors are referenced, and has the authority to effectively recommend decisions and/our courses of action.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze internal operations, identify processes that can be improved, make recommendations to and collaborate with the Medical Directors, and implement appropriate changes to meet Practice goals.
  • Analyze, develop, and update measurable, timebound goals for individual employees and make recommendations to the Medical Directors for improvement.
  • Directly oversee operations, human resources, and Practice revenue tracking to achieve and set new growth targets quarterly.
  • Monitor Practice performance and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with patients, key partners, and Practice representatives.
  • Oversee and direct staffing and facilitate communication and cohesiveness among clinics

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a businessrelated field
  • 5+ years' experience in executive leadership positions
  • Proficiency with

Microsoft Excel:
Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Data Tables, Data presentation in charts and graphs

  • Knowledge of Point of Sale systems and their integration with Electronic Medical Record systems
  • Indepth knowledge of medical practice compliance, personnel law, workplace safety, and other regulatory issues pertaining to a medical practice and retail cosmetics.
  • Basic Accounting Skills
