Description

The interregional T-BAG Molecular Pathology Baden-Württemberg is a laboratory founded 2 years ago, which specializes in molecular analysis of human malignant tumors for oncological purposes.

Due to the expansion of our method spectrum, we are looking for a dedicated employee (m/f/d). The main focus of the tasks is primarily on sequencing human tissue samples. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes a Genexus sequencer (Thermofisher), Illumina Nextseq Dx, and a digital fluorescence microscope. To strengthen our team in Stuttgart, we are currently looking for a full-time MEDICAL-TECHNICAL LABORATORY ASSISTANT (M/F/D)


YOUR TASKS:

  • Sample acceptance and documentation
  • Micro/macrodissection
  • Extraction of nucleic acids (DNA, RNA, cell-free DNA/RNA)
  • Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
  • Quality control and data analysis
  • Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
  • Collaboration with other team members and external partners
  • Participation in research projects and continuous education and training.
