Description
- Independent realization of international and national property acquisitions (global or individual acquisition of portfolios/properties) in the residential sector; deal sourcing
- Independent preparation, management and control of due diligence examinations (including legal, tax, commercial and technical aspects)
- Negotiation (language: German/English) for the acquisition of properties
- Creation and presentation of decision templates for the investment committee
- Initial review of investment opportunities in Germany/Europe in the residential sector, including student housing and micro-apartments
- Financial modeling, cash flow analysis and profitability calculations for the properties to be acquired
- Networking with international and national market participants, as well as regional and local stakeholders
- Communicator and interface as a knowledge carrier for the respective countries and the residential real estate segment
