Driver hours 30-40 hours weekly $17 per hour


Driver Job description:
As a driver you will work directly with developmentally delayed adults. You will serve by providing transportation to and from home. You will receive on the job training.

Some tasks include but are not limited to:

driving to an individuals home, driving them to program, picking them up and taking them home, assisting the individuals in and out of the vehicle.

Driver Requirements:

• Pass TB and Physical
• Pass Background check (FBI and DOJ)
• Must be First Aid and CPR certified
• Passion for working with intellectually delayed adults
• Team orientated, ability to motivate, lead and direct teams toward accomplishments of goals and objectives
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
• Ability to manage and coach clients in an effective manner
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to adhere to Monday-Friday 6am4pm work schedule
• Minor Automotive Experience (Able to Check Oil, Transmission Fluid, and Water)
• Able to be a Backup Driver
• Must complete CPR/First Aid before starting employment

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Van driver: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
