Our Reality Labs organization is at the center of Meta's innovation in virtual and augmented reality, building the tools that help people feel connected anytime, anywhere.

We're seeking an experienced influencer marketing manager to join our Reality Labs marketing team.

In this role, you'll develop insight-fueled strategies to tap the power of influencers and ambassadors to shift how consumers think about, adopt and engage with Quest MR/VR.

You'll lead thoughtful planning and flawless execution of influencer programs, driving measurable impact to our business.


Influencer Marketing Manager, MR Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead Meta Quest's global creatorcentric community strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, Twitch, and other relevant platforms to identify and cultivate Creators from or MR/VR audience.
  • Create platformspecific strategies including proactive and reactive creator and fan engagement programs.
  • Establish processes for Discord community management and activation to achieve lasting results and best practices.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Performance Marketing, Brand Strategy, PR) to develop innovative scaled creator and community management plans.
  • Manage agency partners and work closely with customer service and crossfunctional teams.
  • Analyze and report on scaled creator and Discord community management performance to continuously optimize efforts.
  • Operate globally
- coordinate initiatives with regional marketing counterparts.

  • Develop playbooks to grow and retain the Meta Quest Discord Community.
  • Moderate user content and enforce guidelines for a positive, safe environment.
  • Expand and promote the Meta Quest Creator Program alongside agency partners.
  • Increase awareness of new hardware and software features within the creator program and community.
  • Examine community data to identify trends, sentiment, and improvement areas.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of social media or community management experience in consumer product categories such as consumer tech, gaming, entertainment, or culture.
  • Proven track record of creating successful social & influencer activation strategies.
  • Experience leading agency partners and inspiring highquality work for social channels.
  • Experience to communication skills with the experience to influence strategic decisions
  • Experience in understanding of social marketing, creator, and content trends.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience.
  • Experience in innovative consumer product categories like consumer tech and/or AR/VR technologies, gaming, or culture brands.
  • Experience gamer and active Quest MR/VR user and advocate.
