To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Construction Estimator (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at our location in Schönaich near Stuttgart.
Your tasks:

In your role, you will independently create cost estimates for construction projects and evaluate potential opportunities and risks during the estimation phase
You will also be responsible for creating proposals and related documents in close coordination with the work preparation department and the corresponding construction management
In this context, you will coordinate the overall proposal process with internal and external partners
You will identify and formulate potential contract variations and handle their cost estimation in close collaboration with the construction management
In addition to checking the completeness and plausibility of the services and quantity estimates to be calculated, you will also compile service packages as a basis for obtaining quotes for subcontractor services and material deliveries through the purchasing department
Your exciting range of tasks is rounded off by your participation in contract and price negotiations

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a vocational or technical training or alternatively a degree in a relevant field
You have already gained initial professional experience in a similar field or
