"What can you make of yourself in this role at New Britain? In your apprenticeship, you will learn about the entire logistics process by rotating through all departments. Your placement in administration will show you the connections between the two areas. Therefore, the apprenticeship at EDEKA Nord is very diverse and will give you the opportunity to work in many different areas afterwards.

Some of your main tasks during the apprenticeship will include:

receiving and checking goods deliveries, systematic storage of goods, conducting inventory checks and maintenance, organizing goods and compiling loading units, labeling shipments according to legal requirements, maintaining work and handling equipment, using internal information and communication systems, creating loading lists and plans, processing shipping and accompanying documents, and participating in tour planning.

What do you need to bring? Reliable and systematic work ethic, good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a minimum of a secondary school diploma is desirable.
