Work Schedule:
A flexible, hybrid schedule allowing self-determined workdays, aligning with project deadlines and team collaborations. Expectation to be on-site 2-3 days per week across our various locations in Doylestown, Warminster, and Fairless Hills.
Role Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns aligned with our company's strategic goals. These campaigns aim to promote our esports programs and events, increasing visibility and participant engagement.

Content Creation and Management: Produce compelling content for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Ensure all content reflects the Metro Esports brand voice and meets quality standards.

Data-Driven Marketing Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and consumer engagement. Use insights to refine strategies and increase effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Partner and Sponsor Liaison: Support the establishment and maintenance of partnerships with sponsors and other stakeholders. Assist in the creation of co-marketing materials and campaign strategies that benefit both Metro Esports and our partners.

Event Promotion: Work closely with the events team to ensure successful promotion and execution of events. This includes creating marketing collateral, managing online event pages, and coordinating with media outlets.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and to support cross-promotional opportunities.

Community Engagement: Engage with the community through various channels to foster a positive image of Metro Esports, increase brand loyalty, and encourage community involvement in our events and programs.
Overview:
Metro Esports is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This role requires a passion for the esports and gaming community, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
You will play a crucial role in shaping how our brand engages with partners, community members, and parents, driving the growth and visibility of our initiatives.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance program visibility, partner success, event promotions, and brand awareness.
- Create and manage unique, engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Analyze marketing data to inform and adjust strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with partners and sponsors to ensure successful collaboration.
- Liaison information, assets, and resources between partners and clients.
- Work with social media team and relevant stakeholders to maintain and grow our digital profiles, including social media, discord, and website.
- Support event promotions with innovative marketing techniques and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional communication and followups on all marketing efforts.
Expected hours: 30-40 hours per week
Job Types:

Pay:
$2, $3,300.00 per month
