    Cloud Engineer position is available at ECS in Warner Robins, GA.



    Job Description:

    ECS is looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer with an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance to join the team at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The ideal candidate should excel in written and verbal communication, have strong interpersonal skills, be self-driven, and bring innovation to a dynamic work environment. Holding and maintaining a valid Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance is a must.


    The responsibilities of the role include product sustainment, product development, lab support, and engineering services for various business lines. The candidate will be involved in evaluating current systems, planning large-scale projects, and supporting network communications.


    • The selected candidate will work at a Senior/SME level.
    • Develop plans, coordinate work teams, and provide technical support.
    • Manage Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) cloud infrastructure.
    • Configure data transfers, load balancing, and access controls.
    • Troubleshoot cloud computing environments/platforms.
    • Integrate new applications, stand up new environments, and optimize cloud systems.
    • Experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Cloud 1, or Platform 1.


    Required Skills:

    • Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
    • US Citizen required.
    • Security CE certification.
    • AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in cloud architecture.
    • Experience in cloud infrastructure, data transfer, troubleshooting, and more.
    • Experience with cloud services and new technologies.


    Desired Skills:

    • 5 years' experience on DoD programs is highly desired.
    • Interest in new technologies and willingness to adopt them.
