- Performs customer support functions
- Analyzes legal descriptions/Metes and Bounds/plats and compares to tax maps to establish identity of property
- Researches and gathers information for tax issues, e.g., delinquent tax lawsuits, delinquent and/or missing tax bills
- Investigates property value and/or property exemption discrepancies
- Keeps abreast of changes in state property tax laws
- Provides Agricultural Tax Rollback estimates
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to use operating systems, browsers, databases and other technologies to troubleshoot client issues

SUMMARY
Responsible for analyzing legal descriptions, Metes and Bounds, and plats and compares to tax maps to establish identity of property. Responsible for researching and gathering information for tax issues (e.g.; delinquent tax law suits, delinquent and/or missing tax bills).
RESPONSIBILITIES
A high school diploma or GED is required for this role
Requires up to one (1) year of mortgage or customer support experience
