For our client, an international insurance company based in Munich, we are currently looking for a full-time Personal Assistant (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Assisting the CEO and Chairman of the Board
  • Handling administrative tasks and office management
  • Welcoming guests and other external contacts
  • Managing phone and written correspondence, both internally and with external contacts
  • Processing data and creating reports and presentations
  • Managing schedules and ensuring smooth operations
  • Preparing and organizing meetings and business trips

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in a businessrelated field
  • At least 2 years of experience in office organization
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
  • Solutionoriented approach and strong communication skills
