DUAL STUDY PROGRAM IN EMBEDDED SYSTEMS (AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING) M/F/D

In cooperation with
DHBW, we are offering the new study program
Embedded Systems in the field of
Automotive Engineering for the first time in fall 2021.

The content of the program lies between an electrical engineering and computer science degree at DHBW.

The goal of the program is to train software-savvy engineers for industries where complex and often safety-critical embedded systems are developed and operated.

Typical examples include aerospace and automotive engineering, where the demand for embedded systems expertise has increased due to the requirements for automated and connected driving.

The Embedded Systems program addresses this demand by combining content from electrical engineering, electronics, information technology, and systems engineering, leading to a "Bachelor of Engineering" (B.Eng.) degree in 3 years.

The program ensures that the specific requirements of each industry, such as legal regulations, admission requirements, standards, etc., are taught in accordance with the participating companies.

The program aims to provide students with a solid and continuously updated technical and intercultural knowledge and skills.

They will be prepared in theory and practice to lead challenging software projects, develop embedded safety-critical systems in automotive and automation, and analyze technical issues under economic conditions.

Students will be particularly qualified to
