Position: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional multitasking abilities and top-notch customer service skills? As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Viably, you will play a vital role in handling inventory parts efficiently while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to move materials
Inspect incoming shipments and process defective parts
Receive, locate, and organize stock parts
Maintain inventory and shipping supplies
Support goods shipment and production processes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Perform daily inspections of lift trucks
Make pick-ups and deliveries using a company truck if needed

Requirements:

High school education and experience in shipping/receiving
Forklift truck operator license
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Hands-on technical aptitude is a plus

Physical Demands & Competencies:

Ability to perform various physical tasks
Lift up to 60 lbs safely
Safely operate a forklift
Comfortable working near machinery and hazardous materials
Pass required physical examinations and background checks
