Contract to Hire
Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition is proud to represent our client - An American multinational Information Technology (IT) services and consulting company currently looking for a Product Manager - Debit Card Platform Enhancement to join their team.
Minimum of 3 -5 years of product management experience in the Fintech sector, specifically with debit card products and API development
Proven experience working in an Agile development environment, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
Knowledge of current trends and developments in the payments industry, including regulatory and compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Product Strategy and Vision : Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for API-led enhancements to our debit card platform, aligning with overall business goals.
Agile Leadership:
Act as the product manager within an Agile development team, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements among team members.
Oversee the development of APIs, ensuring they meet industry standards for security, reliability, and scalability while delivering desired functionalities.
