Part Time Property Manager - West Palm Beach, United States - E&C Management

Description

The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining the property, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
• Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants
• Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is wellmaintained and in compliance with safety standards
• Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, tenant interactions, and financial transactions
• Stay uptodate with local laws and regulations pertaining to rental properties

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants
• Strong conflict management skills to effectively address tenant concerns or disputes
• Experience working with Section 8 housing programs is preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
