Regional Field Service Technician (Medical Recliner Equipment Repair) Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is full time with a typical weekly work schedule of 4 10-hr days Monday through Thursday, with hours scheduled mostly from the afternoon to late evenings.

Overtime hours up to 8-10 hrs per week are also possible within those 4 days.

Overnight travel may be required from time to time, up to 2 nights per week, with company-paid meals and travel expenses.

Some variations in work schedules can occur from time to time, based on customer schedules and business needs.


Duties:

• Responsible for travelling to various medical facilities to service and repair medical recliners in a company provided vehicle
• The successful technician will take ownership of their customer base and become a trusted partner to them.
• Position requires selfmanagement to properly meet customer timelines and manage local inventory
• Use iPad to access work orders, use online resources, and prepare service orders to send to Operations Management
• Success in this environment depends on strong, sustained high work ethic
• The goal is to drive service success, give a continuous high level of customer satisfaction, and retain customer loyalty.

Regional Field Service Technician (Medical Recliner Repair) Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience, especially in field services or mechanical maintenance, is preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
• High school or equivalent required
• Two years of technical tool use required
• Ability to travel overnight Mon-Wed in any given week is required
• Must be able to maneuver up to 120 lbs
• Afternoon/evening open work availability is required
