- Collaborate with HR team members to implement an e-filing project aimed at streamlining document management processes.
- Analyze current new hire onboarding procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance the workflow of new hires integrating into ProAmpac.
- Assist in the execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide administrative support to various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.
- Hands-on experience in various HR functions.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
