    Position Title:
    Director of Inpatient Programs

    Reports To:
    VP Clinical Services/CNO
    The Director is responsible for the interdisciplinary operations of the Inpatient Programs. The Director ensures that the team adheres to all Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) regulations and documentation requirements. The Director oversees inpatient therapy, care coordination and IRF-PAI, and collaborates closely with nursing and providers.

    The wage range for this position may be subject to change in the future depending on a variety of factors such as market conditions, business needs, legal developments, and other appropriate factors.

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Physical or Occupational Therapy.


    Management Experience:
    ~ Master's Degree in related therapy specialty, business, healthcare administration or related field.

    EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS USED

    Computers, computerized and written information, facsimile machine, telephone. Knowledge of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office and databases.

    May include physical, occupational or speech language pathology devices, such as exercise tables, stationary bicycles, walkers, wheelchairs, practice stairs, mariner's wheel, parallel bars, pulley and weights, lamps, hydrotherapy tanks, splinting devices, and other equipment and apparatus.

    Computers, computerized and written information, telephone; fax, photocopy, typewriter and related office equipment
