Description

The Vendor Compliance Support role is a full-time, entry level position. It requires you to be in the office Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30pm. Some overtime, including weekends, may be required.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Following up with Vendors for missing or incomplete paperwork.
Assisting with Vendor training/retraining, as needed.
Working with Specialists to enforce existing policies and procedures.
Providing assistance to Specialists when activating/deactivating vendors.
Participating in brainstorming sessions to update processes as needed.
Supporting Specialists in maximizing the complete onboarding process.
Responding to vendor inquiries when appropriate.

This position warrants a friendly, outgoing, positive, and professional manner.

We require experience with Microsoft Office 365, but training is provided for the role as well as on our in-house software.

Salary: starts at $18.00 per hour, dependent on experience_
