Job Description

  • Ensuring the realization of all customer projects in terms of adherence to deadlines, cost-effectiveness, and quality
  • Ensuring the organizational and functional efficiency of project management
  • Project execution including resource planning with the relevant departments and independent management of all customer orders
  • Supporting the regular monitoring of bottleneck criteria and their continuous improvement
  • Assisting in the constant optimization of structures and processes
  • Close collaboration with internal/external customers

Requirements

  • Industrial foreman, technician or engineering degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology or similar, or comparable education; basic knowledge of business administration
  • Experience in project management and special mechanical engineering
  • Good PC user skills, preferably experience with PPS systems
  • Ability to find constructive, innovative and situational solutions to problems and conflicts
  • Entrepreneurial and system-oriented thinking and acting
  • Excellent English skills
  • Willingness to travel
