We are changing: Our interdisciplinary team of project engineers at HAMBURG WASSER is dedicated to addressing technical, ecological, and economic optimization and development opportunities. We develop concrete projects and measures based on medium- and long-term concepts to implement these optimizations and developments. Additionally, we work on strategic fundamental topics in the water industry. Current projects include the further development of the HAMBURG WATER Cycle as an integrated material flow system, advanced wastewater treatment for micro-pollutants, and the reduction of resource consumption and CO2 emissions in core operational activities.

What you will do with us:
  • Participation in two innovative projects for greywater treatment and use
  • Support with practical tasks such as sampling and measurement campaigns, as well as monitoring and operation of pilot plants
  • Assistance with data collection and evaluation of results
  • Research activities and compilation of technical questions and results
What you bring with you:
  • Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in the field of water or wastewater management, process engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, or a comparable degree program
  • Good technical understanding and enjoyment of understanding complex relationships
  • Communication skills to address partners and service providers
  • Experience with evaluation and processing of large amounts of data
