RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Service Delivery Manager, you are responsible for the effective provision of services according to agreed SLAs and business requirements. You monitor and control the entire lifecycle of IT services, from planning and implementation to continuous improvement. Your role acts as a link between the customer and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery:
- Establishing project organization and processes, as well as coordinating and managing different units/employees
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs
- Setting up and maintaining continuous improvement processes
- Change and escalation management, as well as reporting to the steering committee/SteerCo
- Acting as an interface between the customer and employees of the Professional Service
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies or vocational training in the IT field
- Professional experience as a Service Delivery Manager
- Comprehensive experience in client lifecycle management for IT clients
- Strongly efficient, analytical, structured, and project-oriented communication style/work approach with decision-making authority
- Experience in leading and developing service teams for clients
