_eRAD RIS Optimization Analyst, _you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders
- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

Responsible for creating and maintaining a list of feature requests for RadNet and frequently communicates this agenda with RadNet Operations
Work with peers to test new features and bug fixes prior to "go lives" or software releases
Become fluent with eRAD RIS, accomplish tasks using existing features, and resolve issues with the system as they arise
Regularly advocate maintenance features for RIS as well as for eRAD initiatives such as Utilization Management and Online Portals
Train RadNet staff including new hires, IT teams, and acquisitions (as needed)
Share information effectively and provide appropriate direction, consultation, and recommendations to staff

You Are:

Genuinely passionate about new technologies and remain current on new tools; assist with evaluation and in making recommendations as necessary to continuously improve efficiency of software development process.
Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, while working in close partnership with crossfunctional teams and new users
Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

SQL knowledge
Relevant work experience and education
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
An ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision making to achieve department and organizational objectives.

Pay Range:
USD $55, USD $70,000.00 /per hour
