_eRAD RIS Optimization Analyst, _you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders
- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.


You Will:


  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a list of feature requests for RadNet and frequently communicates this agenda with RadNet Operations
  • Work with peers to test new features and bug fixes prior to "go lives" or software releases
  • Become fluent with eRAD RIS, accomplish tasks using existing features, and resolve issues with the system as they arise
  • Regularly advocate maintenance features for RIS as well as for eRAD initiatives such as Utilization Management and Online Portals
  • Train RadNet staff including new hires, IT teams, and acquisitions (as needed)
  • Share information effectively and provide appropriate direction, consultation, and recommendations to staff

You Are:


  • Genuinely passionate about new technologies and remain current on new tools; assist with evaluation and in making recommendations as necessary to continuously improve efficiency of software development process.
  • Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, while working in close partnership with crossfunctional teams and new users
  • Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

  • SQL knowledge
  • Relevant work experience and education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • An ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision making to achieve department and organizational objectives.

Pay Range:
USD $55, USD $70,000.00 /per hour
