Mandatory Requirements:
- You must be working as an existing independent contractor.
- You must have your general liability insurance ((ex: Insurance that covers property damage from employee accidents, like breaking a client's windows while working at their home.)
- You must provide your own equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies
- You must have a clean background and good reference
- You must have your reliable vehicle to use throughout workdays
- You must have a reliable smartphone
- You must have Sunday (day of the week) availability
- Speak English (conversational is okay)
General Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Complete laundry, clean bedrooms, make beds, clean bathrooms, clean kitchen, clean kitchen appliances (microwave, freezer, refrigerator, oven), clean living room, clean den, clean dining room, clean laundry room, clean patio/porch (i.e. dusting, disinfecting, polishing and shining different surfaces, sweeping/vacuuming etc)
- Restock supplies, maintain amenities according to the host's desire and
immediately inform the supervisor when you find damages or required repairs and if the hosts are running low or out of stock. - Work with a digital checklist to make sure all tasks are completed correctly.
- Document routine inspections (walkthroughs) and maintenance activities with photos and videos.
- Cooperate with all other contractors/ clients on site.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
- Client are located in Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and Orange County
