    Customer Service

    Great opportunity with well-known utility company available This position will be fully onsite, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

    Requirements:

    • Working in an inbound, call center setting
    • Assisting callers who may be experiencing outages, issues with their service, require emergency response
    • Also addressing any general questions, and/or processing bill payments
    • Scheduling for initial service start up, or discontinuation of service
    • Seeking someone with good administrative skills, excellent customer service, and who is a reliable team player.
    • Experience in a call-center or high volume customer service setting is preferred

    This is a temporary position with potential for temp-to-hire and would be starting asap. Our client has asked to review resumes and schedule telephone or virtual interviews as soon as possible.
