We are looking for a

Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

as Group Leader in a Therapeutic Residential Group
for our Wilhelm-Löhe-Heim starting on June 1st, 2023 for 40 hours per week.

We are looking for employees who:
❯ have a passion for providing pedagogical support to children and adolescents in the group
❯ support and accompany the children and adolescents in all school-related matters
❯ lead a professional team with joy, heart, and responsibility
❯ are willing to work in shifts with night shifts and weekend duty
❯ have a positive attitude towards our diaconal mission and are willing to support it loyally
