Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Internet protocols including TCP/IP and related protocols in a switched Ethernet environment. (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, find appropriatesolutions, and follow through to completion. (required)
  • Ability to write grammatically correct, accurate and wellorganized documentationand training materials. (required)
  • Ability to stay current in knowledge and skills of hardware and softwaretechnology. (required)
  • Proficient in independently managing tasks, prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines, and completing work as directed by supervisors. (required)

Education, Licenses, Certifications, & Professional Affiliations:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training (required)
