Job Description:
In your 18-month traineeship, you will learn all relevant business processes from A to Z.
The goal is to support your professional and personal development and to eventually place you in a leadership position according to your abilities and strengths.
As a trainee, you will be part of the creative heart of our group of companies, working alongside a young team.
You will take on responsibility from the beginning in diverse projects and have direct communication with the management.You will go through the following focus areas: finance, marketing, and personnel management, including:
- Feasibility analysis
- Profitability checks
- Project plans
- Evaluation of business models
- Creating event concepts
- Target group communication
- Team responsibility
Qualifications:
- Completed degree or comparable education with a business background
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
- Selfinitiative and independent work style
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
