- Develop and execute the sales strategy for your region.
- Win new business and grow current business, both at the individual and wider team level.
- Build strong, lasting relationships at the senior and C-level, both externally with our clients and internally within the organization.
- Lead, nurture, grow and guide team members, helping to remove barriers to ensure success.
- At least 5 years of experience within software solution business, preferably in the travel industry
- Ideally 7 years of people management experience, including leading, developing and hiring sales team members
- Fluent English (verbal and written) with a developed understanding of the regional marketplace
- Exposure to working within a global MNC is a plus
- Ability to think strategically and drive execution
