DAS/Wireless Construction Manager - (Low Voltage)

Annexa Inc. is currently collaborating with a DAS solution provider seeking a skilled DAS/Wireless Construction Manager to join their team.

This role involves all aspects of construction in DAS and wireless cellular installation, including understanding of Public Safety (PSAP/911) standards and protocols.

The Construction Project Manager leads dynamic DAS teams in the DMV/BAWA market.

The Construction Manager implements job plans by organizing and scheduling tasks, managing the logistics of materials, crews, and tools needed to complete projects on schedule and within budget.

The CM must have the capability to evaluate, oversee, and manage vendors/sub-contractors to ensure they meet our customer's and our quality of work and safety standards.


Short Project work description:
Working Construction Manager / On-site PM - Supervision of Cellular / Public safety installations. Scheduling / Crew delegation / Fiber, PIM, Sweep test review and approval / Quality Assurance / on-site reporting.


Clients include:
Cellular integrators and 3PO's, GC's, Electrical Contractors


Requirements:


  • Experience leading teams of field technicians focusing on installation, termination / splicing, and testing of cabling including data, coaxial, and fiber as well as associated active components (rack and stack / wall mount, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret system diagrams and construction floor plans and transform them into physical installation processes
  • Projects are primarily in DMV / BAWA market and involve standard working hours with some after-hours work and travel within the Mid-Atlantic region.
