The Employment Development Department (EDD), Document Management Division is searching for a motivated, skilled, and challenge-seeking individual who enjoys innovation, problem solving, and is interested in working with an exciting team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.


  • Under the general direction of Office of Documents, Publications and Distribution's Digital Print and Reprographics Group Manager, the incumbent has the primary responsibility as a shift supervisor over the graveyard shift in EDD's Imaging Services unit, a high speed digital print facility responsible for printing outgoing mass mail documents for the Department.
  • The incumbent supervises the daytoday operations of the unit, assigns work, sets priorities, and oversees the production of the most complex digital print jobs. The incumbent maintains daily, weekly, and monthly logs, monitors all activities pertaining to the operation of the print production systems, and is responsible for the unit Safety Plan and ensures full compliance with OSHA requirements. The incumbent must ensure that all staff performance expectations are met and provides resources, training, and leadership to staff. This position creates excellent opportunities and is conveniently located in West Sacramento while offering free parking.
