Oversee the daytoday operations of multiple housing properties
Manage tenant relations and ensure high levels of customer service
Coordinate and enforce lease agreements and property rules
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met
Address tenant concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle complaints in a timely manner
Collaborate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and vacancies
Prepare monthly reports on property performance and occupancy rates
Market available units, conduct property tours, and screen potential tenants
Stay updated on local housing regulations and compliance requirements

Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
Experience with contract negotiation and lease administration
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Proficiency in property management software (Onesitei) for data entry and reporting
Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program regulations is a plus
Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective tenant interactions
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
