Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage hardscape construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise and lead a team of hardscape workers
- Interpret blueprints and schematics for project execution
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Perform handson tasks such as masonry, carpentry, and electrical work as needed
- Provide guidance on proper techniques for hardscape installation
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards
- Manage water feature installations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hardscaping, including construction painting, caulking, and blueprint reading
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to lead a team effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Experience in remodeling or carpentry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
