Job Description

Position Overview:
As the **Senior Project Manager** at a program part of a school district, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of a series of construction projects funded by a recent bond initiative. This role is crucial in contributing to the growth and revitalization of the campus, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Offer leadership and direction for the Construction Program, including identifying, prioritizing, and implementing projects.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently and goals are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, specifications, and oversee planning and execution.
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and manage any issues to maintain timelines and quality.
Manage procurement, bid solicitation, and vendor selection for cost-effective project delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Promote communication among team members, administrators, and stakeholders.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's degree preferred).
7-10 years of experience in construction management.
Knowledge of construction methodologies, DSA, and project management.
Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6 or Procore.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing construction programs in an educational setting.
Professional certifications like PMP or LEED Accredited Professional are a plus.
