As a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (M/F/d), you will have a lot of responsibility and plenty of opportunities for fun.

Your main role will be to provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries, assisting with orders, deliveries, and payments, and helping customers find products on our website or in-store.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, values simplicity, and is humble. Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen with an open mind are also important qualities we seek.
