    Description


    Industry leading Private Equity back Insurance/Real Estate/Construction organization (backed by global leading Private Equity Fund), is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their strategic finance team, rolling up into the SVP of Finance.

    Job Function

    Analyzes all major revenue generating or cost containment functions including Marketing, Account Management, Business Development, Operations and Product.
    Provides critical monthly variance analysis and clearly demonstrates the operational drivers behind performance, comparing actuals vs. forecast, budget, and prior year
    Partners with key business owners to prepare annual budget presentations and monthly forecasts
    Prepares, analyzes, and continually enhances critical reporting for executive review, including Partner P&Ls, Marketing ROI's, Retention, Cancels, and Pricing Analysis
    Collaborates with Senior leaders to ensure operational goals are being met through P&L variance analysis, financial trends, and KPI reporting
    Consolidates and prepare monthly business review packages for senior management each month
    Develops new dynamic models while maintaining complex existing models using Excel, Alteryx, Hyperion and Tableau (SME across all technology platforms)
    Supports on-going initiatives to automate, improve and streamline the analysis and reporting process; develops exception reporting, builds quality controls, and offers insights and improvements on data discrepancies

    Job Requirements

    3-6 years of Finance experience, ideally out of a subscription based industry
    Extensive experience with financial modeling, IRR, ROI, pricing, sales analytics, etc.
    Experience with automation/BI tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, etc. preferred
    5 days a week in office
