As our Quality Manager, you will...
- Ensure compliance with our quality requirements for all suppliers.
- Develop and implement quality policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with supplier management and procurement to evaluate supplier performance.
- Conduct quality planning in accordance with operational standards and IATF guidelines.
- Identify and manage quality improvement projects.
- Create and present reports on quality performance for strategic decision-making.

As our ideal candidate, you...
- Have a degree in engineering, with a focus on manufacturing, production technology, or quality management.
- Have several years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record in quality management.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of quality planning and problem-solving techniques such as APQP, PPAP, QFD, 8D methodology, 5-Why, and Ishikawa.
- Are willing to travel internationally.
- Have fluent English skills, both written and spoken, to effectively operate in our international environment.
