Physician Assistant (Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic)We are a fast-growing network of ENT clinics, and we are looking for a PA who is excellence-minded, service-driven, principled, and forward-thinking.
The PA will work closely with our physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests related to ear, nose, and throat conditions.
# Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive measures related to ear, nose, and throat health.# Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to best practices.
# Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
# Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in ENT medicine and procedures through continued education and professional development.
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program and current state licensure.
# Prior experience in ENT or a related field is preferred, but not required.
# Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
# Knowledge of medical model and roles of physicians and physician assistants. Familiar with anatomy, pharmacology, pathophysiology, clinical medicine, and physical diagnosis.
# Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
# Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
# Knowledge of documentation in medical records in confidential manner.
