JOB SUMMARY:
CRC has a need for an Office Management Specialist in Reston, Virginia.


DESCRIPTION:
The Office Management Specialist shall support the leadership team in a full range of administrative operations.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provides administrative support to Division level Senior leadership on a full range of administrative operations
  • Maintain oversight into the daily, weekly, and quarterly meeting schedules between Division Offices and their customers
  • Screens incoming correspondence and determines appropriate actions
  • Drive the quality of outgoing correspondence and reports, ensuring proper formats and grammatical content
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and tracking of staff, actions, and correspondence

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph
  • An active and current government clearance is required to be considered for this work.
  • 5 years of specialized administrative experience preferably at an executive and/or senior level in DoD or the Intelligence Community
  • Knowledge in the preparation and editing of correspondence, summaries, guidance and other documents; timekeeping; scheduling meetings and arranging travel
