For our new MENKE commercial vehicle location in Marklohe / Lemke, we are looking for a candidate to join us as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading the workshop team and promoting employee development
  • Organizing workshop capacities
  • Monitoring work and final inspection of vehicles
  • Providing technical advice
  • Training apprentices

Your qualifications:

  • Technical vocational training as a master mechanic or technician
  • Professional experience in the commercial vehicle sector
  • Experience in leadership positions is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Driver's license class B, C/CE is an advantage

Your personal strengths:

  • Leadership potential and the ability to motivate people
  • Independent and customeroriented organization and work methods
