We are looking for our client, a strong, owner-managed logistics company with around 6,500 employees at 126 locations in Germany and abroad, for a NEW logistics center for electronics/electronics trade, an
HR - Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) in Rosdorf near Göttingen, starting immediately or by agreement.


Your tasks:


  • You will independently handle all administrative and operational personnel tasks (from applicant management to hiring, employee support, maintaining personnel files, to processing exits); a focus will be on recruiting new employees
  • You proactively support the managers of the location in personnel and leadership tasks
  • You work closely with personnel service providers
  • You participate in the planning and implementation of trainings
  • In addition, you will carry out special tasks in the personnel area

Your profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
  • You have professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility, ideally in the logistics industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs is a given for you
  • Ideally, you have also worked with electronic HR systems (digital personnel files, applicant management system)
  • You work responsibly and reliably, both in a team and independently always keeping a good overview
