About This Opportunity

The IT Business Analyst aligns information technology solutions with business initiatives by providing subject matter expertise, systems analysis, training, reporting, and other support as requested.

Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) is the leading manufacturer of paint booths and finishing systems for a wide variety of industries.

What You Will Do

Work with cross-functional teams and IT developers to gather requirements, create test plans, perform testing, and create supporting documentation for business applications.

Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future business systems requirements to meet organizational needs.
Performs business systems troubleshooting, configuration, administration, testing, and end-user support.
Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future business systems requirements to meet organizational needs.
Create training material and facilitate training sessions related to business systems.

Every employee is expected to support the GFS Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with our Quality System Manual and Quality Procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned
What You Have To Offer
Bachelor or Associate degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of software support or business analyst experience.
Experience in implementing systems and application solutions across departments for a manufacturing company.
Experience developing and facilitating technical skills training on a company-wide basis.
Demonstrated experience with databases, SQL, data analysis, Microsoft SSRS, and Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
Performs lead technical or business analyst role in projects implementing systems and applications solutions across departments.
