    Job Description

    As the

    Senior Workday HRIS Analyst , your primary focus will be on managing Workday HR Systems. This involves analyzing data, configuring settings, conducting testing, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.

    You'll also take the lead in project planning and design, ensuring that Workday modules and business processes are tailored to meet our needs.

    Additionally, you'll play a key role in supporting end users, offering training resources and assistance as needed.
    The

    ideal candidate will have (5+) years of Workday configuration experience with core HCM .

    Additionally, you may also have experience in the other modules areas such as payroll, compensation, time and attendance, and benefits admin.

    This role is

    remote-based

    in the United States and targeting a salary range of $80-$120K base with bonus opportunity.

    What you will be doing:
    Configure, maintain, and resolve issues in the Workday HRIS.
    Diagnose and track system challenges and recommend improved/new functionality to support business strategies and return on investment.

    Serve on cross departmental teams and provide expertise/support for Workday HRIS project teams including acquisitions, new modules/functionality, and facilitate process improvements.

    Implement new procedures/projects and improvements due to business changes, operational requirements, strategic initiatives and legal requirements.

    Create and maintain a variety of ongoing reports, as well as ad hoc reports and metrics in consultation with internal clients.

    As part of collaborative team, evaluate business process design and system capabilities based on the needs of the business.
    Responsible for end user support including the creation and maintenance of job aids and system training. Provide communications to end users as needed.
    Maintain organizational hierarchy and data setup in Workday HRIS. Review and audit data in Workday to ensure accuracy. Review, test, and implement system upgrades or patches. Prepare test cases and execute test plans across all areas of HR. Track and document test results, and analyze and report overall status.
    Serve as a liaison with third parties and other global stakeholders (e.g. payroll, HR Business Partners, etc.) to ensure that they are fully supported by and efficiently using Workday.
    Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday HRIS.
    Qualifications

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HRIS and processes.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related subject or equivalent experience.
    Working knowledge and previous experience with HR/Payroll data and systems.

    Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) including a strong understanding and experience with database, spreadsheet, and report writing tools.

    Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical users; the ability to interact with users and have a customer service focus
    Lead design sessions, facilitate meetings and develop project plans.
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, solution-focused.
    Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    Strong attention to detail.
