- Work with QC Supply retail customers, both in-store and over the phone, to understand their needs.
- High emphasis on both sales and customer service relationships with customers.
- Process all parts sales orders whether at counter or via phone and invoice them to the correct customer accounts.
- Learn all products and parts we sell to improve customer experience and become an expert in our industry.
- Recommend to customers the best parts and equipment available with which their needs can be addressed
- Educate new customers on new products and special promotions as well as promote QC Supply products
- Always Be Customer Focused. Understand that our parts department is not just here to sell parts but we are also engaged in building long-term customer relationships.
- Properly operate office equipment, handle payment transactions, and efficiently utilize computer operating systems
- Assure that all materials leaving or entering our warehouse are properly accounted for.
- Assist with inventory management, including shelving products and performing cycle counts
- Maintain the inventory levels to assure that there are adequate quantities on hand of all stock

- Always keep parts counter and showroom neat and clean
- Demonstrate a willingness to perform any daily task as assigned
- Ideal candidate will have knowledge in the agriculture industry, as well as parts and equipment used, and strives to continually upgrade industry, parts and equipment knowledge
- Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred

QC Supply is looking for a personable, detail-oriented individual as a Counter Sales/Part Associate who will provide excellent customer service to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities
The Counter Sales / Parts Associate will possess strong computer, organizational and written communication skills. Sales and customer service skills along with a high attention to detail are essential both in-person and via phone. No college degree required, will train the right person.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to climb stairs; stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally as required.
Additional Notes
This position works in an office environment with some work in a warehouse environment as well.
