Customer Support Representative at our Administrative Services facility in Ashburn which serves as the primary point of contact for our customers
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls from customers who want to start and stop service, inquire about usage, update contacts, create work orders, and provide general information including billing questions.
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times; effectively and efficiently work with customers and clients both internal and external and maintain confidentiality.
Attention to detail, reliability, and computer database entry a must.Requirements:
Graduation from high school with one year of office clerical experience and one year of direct service, preferably with a public utility.
Ability to work as a team member, follow established procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required. Work overtime as needed. **Fluency in Spanish is required.More jobs from Loudoun Water
