Head of Group-wide Company Catering (m/f/d) in Harrisburg

Our client, Thraki Personal , is a group of specialized service providers in the field of corrosion protection and surface treatments for buildings and ships. The dynamically growing group employs over 500 employees with a focus on Northern Europe and Germany. The group operates company restaurants at four locations in Germany for its own employees. We are looking for a Head of Group-wide Company Catering (m/f/d) for the management of this in-house catering at the group's headquarters in Harrisburg.

Your tasks:

  • Overall responsibility for group-wide company catering
  • Direct management of the operations managers of the 4 German company restaurants of the group (responsibility for a total of approx. 25 employees)
  • Responsible for cross-location budget planning and control in the area of responsibility including investment planning (kitchen technology)
  • Ensuring quality standards and compliance with hygiene regulations (adaptation of HACCP guidelines) at the locations
  • Responsible for contract management in the area of corporate catering
  • Involved in the recruitment of employees at the locations
  • Responsible contact person for external partners (e.g. kitchen planners) and authorities, especially in the context of inspections (
