In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional experiences for our members and guests through instructing group fitness classes to include, but not limited to, Step, Spin, Low Impact, Body Sculpting, Circuit Training and Water.

JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:


  • Instruct classes as approved by the Director of Fitness & Wellness.
  • Perform bike fit checks for those in Spin classes per specific protocols.
  • Maintain aerobics studio cleanliness, ensure equipment is put away as appropriate.
  • Notify Director of Fitness and Wellness (or Group Exercise Coordinator) of needed equipment repairs or replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records of class counts.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with all members, guests, and team members.
  • Responsible for maintaining standard operating procedures and all club policies and procedures.
  • Stay abreast and promote all ongoing and upcoming programs and activities.
  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
