- Provide consistent companionship and support to residents.
- Offer assistance and encouragement for Memory Care residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Lead and participate in one-on-one and group activities.
- Assist residents during mealtime and with memory care laundry and housekeeping.
- Champion the Embrace Memory Care philosophy.
- Document daily activities following memory care policies.
- Ensure a safe work environment and respond promptly to resident/family/employee concerns.
- Perform assigned duties as required.
- Completion of all CBRF training.
- Passion for working with people and solving challenges positively.
- Experience in long-term care or Assisted Living.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
