Location: Fergus Falls, MN area

Duration: Full-Time

Type: Onsite

Grade Level: Middle School

Classroom: Resource Classroom

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Fergus Falls, MN area. This full-time position is based onsite in a Middle School Resource Classroom, providing a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction in a Middle School Resource Classroom setting
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Utilize effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and team members
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching license in the state of Minnesota
Experience working in a Middle School Resource Classroom is preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
